WRAP Update newsletter winter 2026
The winter 2026 edition of our WRAP Newsletter is now available, offering a look at new research, program milestones, and team updates. This issue celebrates WRAP’s 25th year and includes a message from Dr. Sterling Johnson reflecting on participants’ long-term commitment to advancing Alzheimer’s science.
Since 2014, participants have completed more than 5,000 study visits and contributed to over 411 scientific publications, including 62 in 2025. These efforts have strengthened early detection methods, supported development of the first FDA‑approved blood test, and advanced understanding of brain aging.
Read an introduction to Dr. Jessica Caldwell, WRAP’s new co‑principal investigator, who brings expertise in dementia prevention and the study of sex and gender influences on Alzheimer’s risk and resilience.
