Celebrating 25 years of WRAP

Since 2001, WRAP has followed participants over decades, creating a rich scientific resource that has contributed to hundreds of discoveries and helped advance research in early detection, biomarkers, prevention, lifestyle factors, and resilience.

Today, as WRAP celebrates its 25th anniversary, we honor the dedication of our study participants, who have contributed invaluable time and energy to our work. We also thank the global community of researchers whose collaboration has helped build our study into an internationally-recognized platform for scientific innovation.

WRAP+ Collaborator Conference

New in 2026, we are hosting for the first time a conference to bring together researchers who have been approved to work with WRAP data in the past 25 years. The WRAP+ Collaborators Conference on Nov. 5 will be held virtually and in person in Madison, WI. If you are a researcher who is interested in attending, we invite you to fill out this interest form.

A timeline of WRAP science

In fall 2021, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the first WRAP study visit. As part of the 20th anniversary, our team published a historical timeline of milestones in the study. The printed timeline was given to all active participants enrolled in WRAP, and is also available to read about and download here.
