Sterling Johnson, WRAP PI, will join the upcoming Wisconsin Medicine Livestream May 5.
The topic “Breakthroughs in Biomarker Imaging” will discuss how the field of imaging biomarkers has expanded to become an essential diagnostic tool. Dr. Johnson’s talk will detail advances in PET imaging of amyloid proteins, implications on Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis and more. Wisconsin Medicine is a partnership between UW Health and UW School of Medicine and Public Health. Livestream programs are free, virtual events offered a few times each year on vital public health topics, and are open to anyone interested in attending.
