Frequently asked questions about Info Sessions events
This is an accordion element with a series of buttons that open and close related content panels.
Will masks be required?
Masks will be recommended and made available, along with hand sanitizer, for all event attendees.
How many people will be in attendance? What is the capacity at the event venues?
We expect 75-100 people at each event.
The events will be held in hotel conference rooms. Hotels must operate by OSHA standards and have limited capacity per conference room. The space and size of the room informs the maximum number of people allowed per those standards. Those standards are very unlikely to be maximized (per allowance) at any of our events.
What food will be served?
There will be a selection of brain healthy food and beverages tailored for the event timing at each location: a light breakfast for Saturday events and appetizers for Tuesday evening events.
The food will be served following the hotel’s guidelines, and we cannot specify in advance if it will be individually wrapped or served buffet style.
What if I am unable to attend or would prefer to watch virtually?
We will record the Madison event on May 2 and post the recording of the speaker’s presentations on our website.
How do I register? Is there a fee?
There are no fees to attend an Info Session event, but we do ask that you register in advance. To register:
- You may have received an invitation from us in the mail—you may return the RSVP to us in the supplied envelope
- Contact your WRAP study coordinator
- Email WRAP
Be sure to specify the event location in your RSVP and the number of guests.
